- Executed with non-judicial stamp paper (approx. Tk. 300) after down-payment.
- Payment Mode
- Cash, cheque, pay order, or online transfer in favour of Innova Properties Development Ltd.
- Utilities
- Water, sewerage, electricity & gas provided; charges on a pro-rata basis.
- Handover
- After all installments, with boundary demarcation.
- Registration
- After full payment of plot and all charges.
- Charges
- Registration, stamp duty, VAT, source tax and other applicable government fees borne by client.
- Ownership Transfer
- Subject to required fees and compliance.
